The Local Procurement team at Dustin, led by Sabrina Olsen, is a close and highly collaborative group where every team member plays an important role in ensuring a great customer experience. The team values strong teamwork and thorough work, and you can expect to spend three of your five workdays at the office, fostering daily collaboration and learning opportunities. This is a very operational role with plenty of room to grow and develop your procurement skills while contributing directly to the team’s success.
My name is Sabrina Olsen. I am the hiring manager. As a leader, I believe in fostering strong collaboration within our team, as well as with other teams and external partners. I encourage the team to always go the extra mile for our customers. I trust my team to manage daily tasks independently while seeking advice or sparring when needed, and I’m always happy to provide support and guidance whenever it’s required.
Your role & influence as Junior Operative Buyer
Responsibility: You will be given responsibility for managing and following up on orders, handling discrepancies, and performing key administrative procurement tasks such as emails and invoices.
Collaboration: Together with your team, you take care of meeting our customers’ needs. You’ll work closely not only with your immediate team members but also with other internal stakeholders such as sales teams.
Core activities:
- Following up on the backlog to keep orders and tasks on track
- Placing new orders accurately and efficiently to support customer needs
- Responding to emails from colleagues and stakeholders to ensure smooth communication

We envision you as someone who likes to learn, enjoys helping others, works carefully, and can easily collaborate with different teams.
Additionally, it's important that:
- Experience with procurement, including administrative tasks
- You are comfortable using Microsoft Outlook and Excel. As a plus, you are proficient in Zendesk, and Dynamics AX12
- The ability to speak Danish & English is mandatory for this role
Having experience is a plus, but even without it, we’d love to hear from you!
