My name is Anders Stensgaard, and I am the Sales Manager for Mid Market Enterprises in Denmark. I have worked with strategic sales and leadership for 20 years, and I am driven by development and the passion for finding the motivation needed to achieve our goals. My leadership style can be described as assertive, present, and based on trust and responsibility.
Your role & influence as Account Manager
Responsibility: You will be given responsibility for achieving budget targets in collaboration with Account Managers by managing customer accounts, optimising sales processes, and ensuring strong vendor and internal coordination to drive revenue and earnings.
Collaboration: Together with your team, you take care of driving revenue and earnings for your customer portfolio. You'll work closely not only with your immediate team members but also with colleagues from finance, procurement, and logistics to ensure seamless sales processes and strong customer relationships.
Core activities:
- Manage customer accounts, process quotes, and support sales closures.
- Coordinate vendor partnerships, secure pricing, and manage deal registrations.
- Ensure seamless communication between internal teams and external customers.
- Proactively engage customers with targeted outreach and value-added communications.

Additionally, it's important that:
- You possess a strong understanding of IT products, software, hardware, and services (e.g., cloud solutions, networking, cybersecurity).

- You are proficient in CRM tools, ERP systems, and Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- You are results-driven, with a focus on achieving sales targets and delivering excellent customer service.
