Din rolle som Junior Support Specialist
- Ansvar: Løs tekniske udfordringer, håndter supporttickets og oprethold SLA-aftaler med kunder.
- Samarbejde: Du vil først og fremmest arbejde tæt sammen med dit team, men også med andre afdelinger som levering, drift og salg.
- Kerneopgaver:
- Besvar kundehenvendelser via telefon og e-mail.
- Løs tekniske supporttickets i samarbejde med kunderne og dine kolleger.
- Sikre høj kundetilfredshed gennem effektiv problemløsning.

- Erfaring med kundeservice og support.
- Teknisk viden om Microsoft og Cloud-løsninger.
- Flydende på dansk og engelsk.
