As a Network Specialist at Dustin, you get the opportunity to work with a team of highly skilled people delivering excellent Network Services to our customers, from implementation, to change work and third line incidents. You are given the chance to build a broad network in the IT industry when you work with our large Nordic customer portfolio of both Small, Medium, and Large Corporate businesses.

About the position

You will have the opportunity to work on a variety of project assignments and develop your skills in both implementation and handling critical incidents. This position is supporting customers across the Nordics, and you will have many opportunities to collaborate with talented people from the Service Desk, Operation Center, Operational Excellence and of course on the customer side.

In the team, we work according to remote first, which means that we work where it fits best in every situation: From our offices, from home or at our customers’. You will have the autonomy to plan and schedule your work according to your project assignments and customers.

What you do

In your role, you are involved in the daily work of our network team. You will work individually and in teams with different types of network assignments related to our services and customers. In your assignment, both the customer and their technical solution will vary, and you will be involved in many exciting assignments of different kinds. A curious mindset and a willingness to stay up to date on new technology will take you a long way. We seek to provide you with constructive feedback and an environment to grow your career.

You will be given many opportunities to develop and contribute to the business of both Dustin and our customers. You work mainly with customers remotely as our ambition is "remote first" but physical meetings and work at our customers occurs from time to time as well. On a usual week you will be involved in different network assignments, both working with implementation and change work. You have the autonomy to jump on interesting assignments through our different boards, and even work with problem-solving of third line incidents when our Service Desk or Operation Center asks for support.

What you have

We want to make sure we hire the right person, who will feel successful in this role. Therefore, we are looking for you, who have:

• 2+ years of relevant work experience in Cisco and/or Meraki
• Fluent English as well as one Nordic language in speech and writing is mandatory
• Knowledge in Fortinet and Aruba is an advantage
• Great interest in learning new technologies
• Certifications such as Meraki ECMS 1, ECMS 2 and Cisco CCNP are an advantage
