We are now looking for a marketing professional who will be responsible to lead, motivate, and develop the Content & Production team within our marketing department to deliver commercial value on all our markets across the Nordics. This is an important role within the department, and you will be part of the extended leadership team for Marketing & Communication.
Hiring manager is Monica Forssell, Head of Tactical Marketing at Dustin. As a leader one of her key drives is daring to try new things, and to be curious and empathic. About the position
As Group Manager Content & Production you will be responsible for applying the right processes, methods, knowledge, and experience to a high standard. You lead, motivate, and develop a team consisting of high performing copy-, production- and design specialists. Your aim is to continue in building a happy and effective team and encourage collaboration and team spirit.
You oversee all aspects of content production from the initial brainstorming phase to the time it’s published. You will need to liase with team members and stakeholders across the Nordics by driving tactical initiatives and briefs delivered to deadline. In your daily work you are responsible to ensure successful production of a broad range of content, creative assets and production units including articles, video, photo, landing pages, and audio for different tactical marketing activities. You will also be working closely with the other marketing teams to seek creative design input when needed and to ensure that the team creates qualitative content in an efficient way that is aligned with overall design guidelines. You translate insights from the customer journey into successful content and production tactics and constantly work to improve performance and find new ways forward for the team. You are expected to roll up your sleeves and dig into details when needed, while remaining customer focused and able to see the big picture in all that we deliver.

What you bring
- 6+ years of relevant working experience
- University degree within communication, or equivalent working experience
- Deep knowledge of building content- storytelling, creation and management
- Have a portfolio of great content and able to demonstrate the outcome
- Understanding of all dimension in succeeding a smooth production process
- Fluency in English and at least one Nordic language, both written and spoken
- Excellent knowledge of the whole Office-package
- Experience in the art of Project Management or Account Manager at a brand, production company or media/creative agency would be an added bonus
